2-Bedroom Maisonette Spacious two-storey air-conditioned maisonettes with five balconies! The first level, large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 sofas, modern W.C and 2 private balconies. An internal wooden staircase leads up to the second level with wooden floors. Two bright guestrooms with television, one with queen size mahogany bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a large bathroom with bathtub. There are three more balconies on this floor with stunning sea and island views. These outstanding maisonettes can accommodate 4 persons, ideal for a family with 2 children. Can be booked for 6 nights or more only. Rate quoted is for 4 persons including daily breakfast and daily maid service.

Occupancy Rates for Porto Scoutari and Doriza Bay Hotels: All rates are based on single or double occupancy, per room, except where noted, and include all taxes and complimentary full American breakfast. Most double rooms can accommodate a third person with an extra charge. Romantic Offers, Special Rates and Packages are subject to change without notice. Romantic Offers at Porto Scoutari and Special Rates at Doriza Bay require 4 nights minimum stay. Subject to seasonal availability, we will waive the minimum stay policy for last minute reservations and full prepayment for the entire stay will be required upon confirmation of a reservation. Official Published Rates: Are the unrestricted rates and no minimum stay is required. A 25% reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation. Reservations without received deposits are invalid and subject to automatic cancellation without notice.

Porto Scoutari Romantic Offers & Doriza Bay Special Rates: A 50% reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation for all romantic offer rates and special rates with a 4-night minimum stay. All room reservations are subject to availability, with a limited number of rooms available at these rates. Reservations without received deposits are invalid and subject to automatic cancellation without notice.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that things change and you might not be able to travel when you had planned. Our goal is for you to be able to visit and enjoy Patmos Island and our hotels. As our guests book out several months ahead though, due to our Romantic Offers, Special Rates and Porto Scoutari’s popularity, we are forced to turn away many enquiries from that time forward. The period of May 1^st to September 30^th is regarded as a “High Season” period for Porto Scoutari, due to our small size and high occupancy.

When we receive a cancellation, the most of the times it results in a room being vacant during our busiest times of the year, due to the fact that airline tickets to Greek Islands and boat tickets in to the island have been sold out. Therefore, cancellations affect us greatly. Nevertheless, amending a reservation is cheaper than cancelling! We hope you take advantage of our amendment option instead of cancelling completely. Therefore, the cancellation policy or amending a reservation is as follows:

Official Published Rates: If cancellation occurs 21 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you 100% of your reservation amount paid less 50 euro administration fee or full accommodation credit to be used within a year.

If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you 100% of your payment as credit accommodation to be used within a year or you will be charged 50% of your total reservation amount. 

Romantic Offers, Packages and Special Rates for Low and Middle Seasons: If cancellation occurs 21 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you full accommodation credit to be used within a year with same type of accommodation and equal number of nights or we will give you 50% refund of your paid reservation amount.

If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you 75% of your payment as credit accommodation, to be used within a year with same type of accommodation and equal number of nights or you will be charged 50% of your total reservation amount. No refunds will be made on day of arrival, or early departures.

Romantic Offers, Packages and Special Rates for High and Peak Seasons: If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you full accommodation credit to be used within a year with same type of accommodation and equal number of nights or we will give you 50% refund of your paid reservation amount.

If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date we will give you 75% of your payment as credit accommodation to be used within a year or you will be charged 50% of your total reservation amount. No refunds will be made on day of arrival, or early departure.
